Shipping/ Tracking Policy


Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Holidays and Sundays are not included in business days.




If you have a PO box, you must order using the Free Shipping option. We do not ship to PO boxes for Standard and Expedited shipping. 

Free Economy Shipping:

Most orders are delivered in 5-7 business days after processing but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery in some cases.


Standard Ground Shipping:

Up to 5 business days after the order is processed.


Expedited Shipping:

Up to 3 business days after the order is processed. Currently not available for orders over 5 lbs and orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.




We offer Free economy shipping to all of our customers at checkout. We also offer faster paid shipping options during checkout for time sensitive orders. Before you pay, you will see your total shipping cost and you can choose the option that is best for you.






You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. We use a variety of different carriers to ensure the best experience for our customers. Just click on the number in the shipping confirmation email to track your package!


Below are the formats for the tracking numbers used by our carriers.


USPS Format: 16 DIGITS

Example: 9274890277986100000000


FedEx Tracking: 12 DIGITS

Example: 299999999999




Sometimes our shipping partners do not update their tracking information on time, so they may tell you the package is still in our hands when it is actually en route to you! Other times, the weather or holidays can slow things down, or the carrier may be running late. Sometimes it takes them a while to make sure the package is delivered appropriately according to its contents.

 All too often, someone doesn’t scan the package at a stop on the way, making it appear like the delivery is farther away from you than it actually is. It’s quite common for a post office to skip scanning so they can save time and move packages along quicker. You’ll know this happened if the package shows up at your door suddenly with no tracking history.




Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you submit your order; it’s your responsibility. We ship orders daily, Monday-Saturday. So, sometimes we may not be able to intercept an incorrect order before it goes out to the wrong address.

 We will not accept changes in your shipping address once the order has been placed. If the package is returned to us, then we will try to arrange to have it shipped to your new address.


Privacy Policy & Privacy Statement




When you purchase from our online store, you give us some personal information like your name, address, and email address during the process. When you browse our store, our system automatically registers your Internet protocol (IP) address so we can learn how our customers’ operating systems and browsers interact with our site. As far as emails go, we will only send you marketing emails about new products, sales, etc., with your permission.




How do you get my consent?


When you input your personal information during the checkout process (name, address, credit card info), we imply that you are giving us consent to collect that info for the purpose of the business transaction only. If we ever ask for personal information for another reason besides a business transaction (like for marketing emails), we will ask you directly for expressed consent and give you an option to say no.

We may disclose your information to a third party if we are required by law, or you violate our Terms of Service.




Our site is hosted on a shared server run with WooCommerce shopping cart. WooCommerce stores some of your data in its databases and on the WooCommerce application itself. This data is on a secure server that is protected by a firewall.




If you complete your transaction through a direct payment gateway (meaning through our site), then WooCommerce will store your credit card information. Not to worry though, this info is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Your transaction data is not stored forever, only for as long as it is necessary to complete the purchase. After the purchase is complete, the system deletes your data. All direct payment gateways follow the standards set by PCI-DSS. The PCI-DSS was established by the PCI Security Standards Council, an organization developed by the efforts of Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover. These rules ensure your credit card information is handled securely by our store and service providers.




Any third party service we use will only collect, store, and use your data to the extent that is necessary to do their jobs. Certain third parties, like direct payment gateways, have their own policies about the kind of information we are to provide to them. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these services so you can understand how they store and use your data.

 It is crucial to remember that some of these parties may have operations or facilities in separate jurisdictions from you or us. So, if you proceed with a transaction that uses the services of these third parties, your data may be subject to the laws of that particular jurisdiction.

 For example, if you live in Mexico and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction will be subject to United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Refund/ Return Policy


For all refund issues pertaining to orders made via green-light-district.com we encourage you to contact us via email at support@green-light-district.com.

We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a Green Light District product at a retail location, or through a website other than green-light-district.com, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor what they do with our products after we ship to them.

If you purchased from www.green-light-district.com and something is wrong with your purchase you may be entitled to a refund as long as we are notified within 10 days. Refunds are not considered and no returns/exchanges will be granted if you have not contacted us within 10 days from when the order was delivered.

 While we stand behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.


If a product arrives damaged/unusable, or your shipment is missing any products you must notify us the day of product arrival via phone or email at support@green-light-district.com or here.

The email must contain:


  • Your order number in the subject line (i.e. “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #(Insert your order number)”
  • A description of what happened
  • Photo of the product in question
  • Photo of the box
  • Photo of the packaging slip

Once we have received this information, a determination will be made. This review process can take up to 5 business days (sometimes longer depending on the issue) to complete. Not providing all of the requested information, if applicable, may result in an automatic denial of your request.

In the event of a valid exchange for broken or damaged products, return shipping will depend on the product(s) ordered, and the options available to us. Typically we will either send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to place on the return box or reimburse you for USPS first class shipping. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BEFORE DISCUSSING SHIPPING DETAILS WITH US. If you ship product back to us in a more expensive manner than otherwise available, you will be responsible for the difference between the higher and lower shipping rates.


All returns (if granted) are subject to a restocking fee and/or will be denied a refund for the shipping cost. This will be determined on a case by case basis. We retain the right to deny any refund for any reason. We also retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.
